Unprofessional rude assistant manager. Main bedroom light didn’t work. Fridge shelf was broken. Locks on the doors? Don’t exist. Couch like sitting on the floor. Spray paint on the fridge door to hide damage. Taylah has exceptional service. Definitely if you are desperate and need to book, deal with her.

Room was clean and modern, pool was beautiful (great for kids as well). Reception staff were so lovely. Over all a fantastic stay, we have always stayed here when we are in QLD. Nothing else compares to the quality.

We've stayed here several times and the value for the location & views are unbeatable. The room quality can vary from room to room, but overall you can never go wrong staying here.

Staff gave incorrect information about parking upon arrival, it was a nightmare entering the parking area every time, beds weren't overly comfortable. Staff were very prompt when tv was having issues
