No room service, Threatened by security

It was an absolute pain to stay here. We went during schoolies which meant we had to check in every time we entered the hotel. Security threatened to evict us at 1am after accusing us of throwing a can off the roof and after talking to the building management refused to remove the warning for something my room didn’t do. There was no room service throughout our stay which meant we had to empty our own bins and stock up on toilet paper. Unbelievable!

Hi overall a good stay, staff all very friendly. Apartment has everything you need but not super clean and was very limited on towels.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Seaview apartment was better than I expected, it was very clean and has all things you need in an apartment but the furniture is dated. There was visible wear and tear to the kitchen splashback, scratched floors, bathroom sink and older furniture. The plumbing in the bathroom was noisy, hissing noise when what I think was another unit flushing a toilet. The location is right in heart of surfers which is good if you want that. We had a car and got a park every time we came into the car park. They are limited. Overall the whole experience was fit for our travel reason but it is not a luxury boutique stay.
