This hotel has kept its new hotel feel, welcoming lobby and friendly check in team Rooms are clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and natural light. Convenient with car parking downstairs The Avairy was fun to go to, the Sharks Club located next door, not that appealing The hotel at times is expensive considering location, it was $740 for a 2 night stay in January

Room was nice. Good to have the large fridge/freezer. Heaps of bedding/towels etc. Not all curtains closed completely so there was always light coming into the room. The A/C in the bedroom was not working properly. Attempts were made to remediate it but were unsuccessful. We ended up negotiating a discount on the room price. The staff were a mixed bag. Absolutely no recognition of Platinum status to get better service. The manager walked straight past me as I was waiting in the Platinum line at the counter. I think the manager could also improve his ability to relate to customers - zero warmth was shown. There seemed to be a gap in knowledge regarding what facilities in Sharks were available to us to use. I had to ask what I get as a Platinum member - it was not volunteered to me. That was disappointing. Would have cost us a bit of money otherwise.

Room is nice. Would like to have a small table to eat off. Quality of the breakfast at Sharks is terrible. The breaklfast buffet is one of the worst ive ever experienced
