On arrival to our room there was a dirty wet towel in the fridge that was not running. Air conditioning was not turned on and there was no information regarding turning on. There was no information on how to order any room services.

Overall a comfortable stay. Easy access to restaurant/cafe. One female staff member in particular was conscientious and caring due to my husband's fall on the premises. Would recommend.
