I consider that my experience at your hotel includes all the restaurants and other facilities associated with your hotel. The late-night ham cheese and tomato toastie at 2200 hours on our arrival was to die for and the young lady who organised it is an asset to your company. I also consider the grey-haired grumpy person with the dark rim glasses sitting in the gambling machine area booth needs a lesson in hospitality as he is doing your business no good whatsoever as he was downright rude to us. And firstly, we are told that the main bar closed at 2100 hours. Then 30 minutes later he goes in there and pours his favourite customers a drink each. Double standards.

good location when visiting relatives in hospital BUT not really affordable for lower income families

Had a wonderful, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a lovely pizza and drinks at the rooftop bar, and the two bar staff there on Sunday night were lovely. Highly recommend
