The check-in process was easy and I found my room easily but it was incredibly tiny - I was in a Queen compact. There was no microwave, no tea or coffee making facilities, no snack (banana / apple / biscuits) and no bottled water. I stayed to attend a conference at Sharks which finished at 9:45pm. When I got to my room, I wanted to make a hot drink and order something to eat. The restaurant was closed and I had absolutely nothing in my room. It was really disappointing. I've never had that experience before. It would have been helpful to let people know at the time of booking that these facilities are not available / provided.

They resolved the issue with the crackers that got stuck in the vending machine and even gave me a free Coke. They also helped me dispose of the broken luggage. I couldn't express how thankful I am. The hotel is well-maintained, in a good location, and very clean.
