Gorgeous hotel, one of the nicer mantra’s I’ve stayed in! From start to finish everything was perfect; I let reception know it was my sons 18th & we arrived to find an early check in, welcome gift and a beautiful card from the lovely lady taking care of reception. There is nothing I could fault, customer service was second to none, and this will now be our go-to hotel on the Gold Coast. Thanks guys!
