4night stay. Liked Eco option to not have room cleaned, near grocery store, trams. Used pool every day. 2 days of a free glass of bubbles when I came in from a long day (in foyer) and enjoyed selection of sweets in jars!

Dissatisfied with staff at the receiption. On arrival, 26 December, found check-in staff on hand very unfriendly and wasn't very welcoming. On a daily basis, we would go to the reception to ask about parking availability, it wasn't made known whether its available or not. I mean we stayed from the 26 Dec to 2nd Jan x 1 room, 26 Dec to 3rd Jan x 1 room and 31st-3rd x 1 room. Something is going on about the parking availability, each day the answers given by different person at the desk are different. Overall, unpleasant stay due to staff behaviour. Would not return neither would recommend to others.

Our family enjoyed their stay. We found the location to be perfect for us! Close to other family living close by, a variety of restaurants to choose from, as well as a short drive to entertainment.
