This is my ‘go to’ accommodation when in Melbourne. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and I love the beds. The rooms are always immaculately presented and getting into the city via tram is simple and enjoyable. The staff are always welcoming and professional. I love this hotel!

Really happy with our room, beds comfy, happy with the great shower, coffee machine etc. Lovely views of the park. Friendly staff. Restaurant could open later though - that would be better for people travelling to Melbourne. We’ll be back!

Room was dirty, when cleaned next day cutlery was still dirty. Asked for heater to be fixed and no one responded. Stayed at hotel due to hospital stay but was not reordered as such, as well as number of guests were told on call but only record for one
