I'm sorry but I don't believe having to wash your mugs with a face washer in the bathroom is acceptable. Then having to ask for milk and tea bags to see you through for the next morning.nWe were out all day. Returned late afternoon and the room still wasn't made up. When the cleaner ( next door) saw us come back she said they were busy and short staffed! I have been an All Accor member but with the price this is poor and I wouldn't stay again.

We were guests of the day so our room was upgraded to a park view which was nice. The bed was amazing as always. Our room was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly. We were even given a little chocolate treat and complimentary drinks which made our day.

Best night sleep, beds comfy. Would prefer better towels and skip the breakfast included in some packages in The Farmacy restaurant, very limited and poached eggs solid as a rock. Great location, ease of parking and lots of restaurant options close by. Good snack bar

Hotel is clean, staff are nice and obliging. Breakfast at Farmacy is good and coffee is great. Location is good. Internet and WiFi is not reliable. Staff at front did not provide information on WiFi and access codes to connect. There were NO slippers and bathrobes or shower cap in the room - all essential items. Most of the rooms have bath-tub showers so if you are not a fan of these, note that getting a room with a walk-in shower will be unlikely.

As always a great stay at the Larwill. We have stayed here many times when we had to attend medical appointments as it is very close to the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Royal Childrens Hospital. Public transport basically at the front door (trams). On site undercover secure carparking is available at an additional fee.

Thankfully we have just updated our Car Parking system and although you still have to sign out a pass, we have drop boxes available at every exit so you are now able to exit quickly and in the direction you need to go.
