Super chic hotel, with great value for the money

Super chic hotel located in convenient downtown Brisbane. The hotel is uniquely appointed and very chic. Everything was clean, and the room was very large giant windows. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is nice, but it is not heated. This hotel is good value for the money in Brisbane. It is also convenient to many of the downtown attractions, including the beautiful Roma Street Parkland.

The rooms are amazing sizes We had to complain that when having a shower loud screeching noise that we was disappointed as reported it the first night and again in the morning but when got back that night still no message and was not fixed so called again spoke to duty manger who said they could not see it. So I had taken a video and showed him and was moved to a two Bedroom lovely but the screaming hot water although not as bad was still there but could not be bothered to say anything again. It is a shame as everything else great and the pool area amazing

Upon reviewing hotel duty log and maintenance log, I can assure you that the issue was logged and the maintenance team had attended your room when it was first reported however was unable to find the issue. Please accept my sincere apology that the finding was not communicated back to you caused further disruption to your stay. Eventually a plumber had to be called to investigate and fixed the problem on your level. Great hotel, 50m pool, large comfy rooms. Loved it. Not a lot of food options close by but scootering around or Menulog was an easy fix to this. I love that I had a balcony to go outside in. View from the room of cute Spring Hill houses I loved. Very quiet on this area also a plus. I would definitely come back here to this hotel or other art series hotels I just think they get it.

50m pool in a hotel - swimmer's dream!

Well appointed and spacious hotel. Our room was massive and spotless. The decor is elegant and minimalist with everything you need for a longer stay. The bathrooms had double sinks which is always a bonus when travelling with girlfriends. We stayed for my friend's 40th birthday weekend and had the best time. The pool was a highlight for us, 50m lap pool meant early morning laps were on the cards. The pool deck is gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers, banquettes and comfy couches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a perfect weekend. Thank you.

Good hotel but poor housekeeping staff. Checkin and checkout was good. Housekeeping didn’t clean or listen to instructions well. Forgot to keep water, didn’t clean Well enough Location wasn’t all that great had to walk 2 kms for breakfast
