Ok but could be refined

New building and great view at night but for $500/night slightly surprised not to have room cleaned daily (was probably in the fine print). Space is quite tight and balcony is not really a balcony (more of a glass room with some smallish opening windows). Sofas were a bit stained and dishwasher didn’t really clean so we ended up doing a lot of handwashing but with no running hot water in the kitchen. Staff all friendly and helpful when asked. Confusing entrances, a number of guests seemed lost finding the correct building, lift, reception, pool etc. Overall ok but could be refined a bit for families.

Location..The Staff, the Location, cleanliness, private spa rooms, roof top pools...This place is Excellent...A special mention to Sharon who saw us girls were a little lost on camera who came and found us and guided us to our room...Such a beautiful thing to do...We also loved the room and valley parking...

Pricey but 100% worth the price.

Place is extremely nice and has everything I need. Pros - Super clean. - Soundproofing is good. - Room Aircon doesn't get overwelmed. - Shower is to die for. - Staff are super helpful (we got lost trying to find our room). Cons - It is pricey but nothing crazy for the area. - 3 buildings and we got lost (if you can call it a con). - All the extra's you get for staying require you staying more than a day to use so much offered. - Leaving after dark on a weekend might be hell because its the valley. - If you are younger Egirls will try your dm's to get to come swim in the many pools. - Parking is a nightmare.

The room was smelly, this was lessened slightly when air-conditioning was put on. The valet moved the car seat and didn't return it to its original position. The newspaper, slippers, pillow menu, bottled water and in room soft drinks weren't supplied or available when we asked for them. Falsely advertised. When I spoke to the reception about it they just told me that it was the "ALL" website and booking that was incorrect.

Street access

Terrible street access to hotel as loading zone often full with trucks and unable to access hotel to unload or load bags. Offside parking offered. Valet parking time consuming as need to give notice when you need your car and delays. Pools being repaired was disappointing but one spa available was lovely. Good location to local supermarket.
