It was disappointing that I was unable to check in early. I was not called as promised when my room was availablen even if my room was ready any earlier? Inconsistent front desk service at the start, but outstanding for the last half of my stay.

I have to call Johnson team asking for my invoice. Before check-out, check-out team confirmed my email but when I call, she said invoice is with online booking team. That is NOT my problem, it hotel internal working system. As far as customer is concern, I need my invoice !! can hotel team should sort it out. I think this is a good feedback.

Not great - smelly first room + then the next one was worn out - really need a refresh
