1 night business stay, good sized modern room, cleanliness could certainly be improved alongside service and recognition of ALL status

I’m also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the sticky kettle and the bug in the room. The room was okay. Could have used an armchair/couch to relax on. Our room was not serviced when I returned after a full day of work. I rang and the person said they'd send someone up. Upon returning after dinner it still had not been done. Most disappointing!!

It was very unsatisfactory that there was no place to eat within the premisses and no room service. as a patron, there was no house keeping and coming back to an unmade bed or change of linen was disappointing. I felt that this was not a hotel, but was more of an apartment. My experience in other Art Series has been very different to this experience.
