Poor customer service, nonexistent housekeeping

I booked this hotel for my parents and wrote in to tag their name to the stay. I got a reply back saying I had booked a member rate and therefore would have to pay extra to do so. I wrote back saying I had booked a non member rate and to check again. I get no reply for a week and then two days before check in, a response saying that they had checked and saw that I had booked the 'lowest available rate at the time'. Like, what is this response? Does not address the issue, doesn't apologise for the error, still unclear whether my parents are going to be able to check in or not. I ended up adding my parents name to the booking myself online and never heard back from customer service again. Shoddy service, zero effort, do not recommend. The stay itself was uneventful but my parents always met with an engaged dial tone whenever they tried to contact housekeeping. They ended up getting new towels themselves from a nearby cabinet. I will be putting my parents in the Avani nearby instead. Highly recommend them to others instead of this place.

Good for local hospitals, comfy rooms

Visited whilst working at local hospitals. As a gold Accor member I received welcome drink and treats thank you. Good service from staff but not the usual Accor warm friendly welcome from other hotels like Novotel/Sebel/Pullman etc. Clean large room with good wifi. Hot shower with lovely soaps and moisturiser on bulk dispensers. No housekeeping but wasn’t an issue for my short stay. Good location near hospitals and shops if you want to eat your way through the awesome asian eateries.

This is our second time staying here, and my husband and I absolutely love it. The balcony offers an open view, and the room design and facilities are stylish and well-appointed. The toiletries are of high quality with a scent we really enjoy. The service is excellent, and both the gym and swimming pool are great. It would be even better if there were a hot water pool and a sauna. Looking forward to our next visit!
