I Have stayed here quite a number of times over the last 5 years and have always found it to be very good value, check in process was smooth, as a platinum member I received a room upgrade and complimentary parking both of which were appreciated, The room was functional and clean, the only thing missing is a safe The restaurant offers a variety of options with daily specials, I found the prices quite reasonable. the buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing but covers all the basics the hotel is located very close to a large number of restaurants should you not wish to eat at the hotel, my only negative comment and I have observed this over numerous stays is that there is never enough staff available to comfortably manage the restaurant (dinner), bar and breakfast

This is the best hotel I have been to, they are very convenient, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff are polite and friendly, the food that they offer are delicious and the hotel rooms have been cleaned really well.

Hotel , très confortable, récent, chambre équipé dune bureau , lit confortable , dun fer a repasser, seche cheveux , l'hôtel et entouré de beaucoup de restaurant et également de la station de métro, idéal pour se rendre à melbourne. Petit bémol sur le prix du petit déjeuner qui n'est pas extraordinaire.

Le personnel est très à votre écoute, même avec une frenchie comme moi avec un anglais très approximatif. Seul bémol, sur cet hotel: méfiance avec la clim: a éteindre dès que vous etes assis au bureau dans la chambre: fort courant glacé. J'ai attrapé une sinusite en arrivant. Petit déjeuner correct mais cher, room service impeccable.
