OK if your an illegal immigrant

Quite a modern build but service is shocking. No mini bar in the room, no toiletries, no room service, restaurant menu is pathetic. Waited over 40 minutes for a beefburger meal and was served something that looked like processed offal. Tables were filthy and had to ask a staff person to clean the one I was sitting at even though the restaurant was 80% empty. Staff were apathetic, unfamiliar with smiling or other pleasantries.

Regarding the minibar, our policy is to provide an empty minibar which guests can fill at their discretion, and we apologize if this was not made clear to you upon arrival. Our rooms come equipped with complimentary toiletries in dispensers, and we regret to learn they were not present during your stay. Moreover, we take pride in our on-site restaurant's menu and the quality of our food, including our signature beef burger. We sincerely apologize if your meal did not meet our usual high standards. Finally, we are concerned to hear about the cleanliness of our dining area and the service you received. We were welcomed by a warm friendly person on check in. (Wish I could remember their name as they were fantastic.) They were expecting us and even remembered our names. As Accor members we were upgraded to a king bedroom 654. Great city views and very comfortable. The mattress was so good it did not move when the other rolled or got out of bed. The shower head was large and the pressure good. Everything was in great condition and the bed was awesome. We used the basement car park which was great for access to the lift. Although I didn't use the pool it looked great and there is an outside area adjacent so in good weather you can sit outside and enjoy the ambiance,
