At the same time, I am sorry to learn that aspects of your accommodation did not meet the standard you were expecting. We understand your comments regarding the presentation of the rooms and appreciate your suggestion about providing complimentary bottled water. As part of our sustainability initiatives, we provide complimentary filtered water stations for our guests in the hotel lobby bar area and in the gym. We also encourage guests to enjoy Melbourne's high-quality potable tap water, which is safe to drink and available in all guest rooms. While bottled water is available for purchase at reception for those who prefer it, we recognise your comments and appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
