We loved our stay at Pepper:. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. On the last night when there was no room in the restaurant they made us a table in the bar area. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious and the location of the hotel was good.

I stayed in a lovely room initially, but needed to move because the safe in the room was faulty. The room i was moved to was much dark, small and next to the lift, and there was noise day and night. The staff are bored and take their time and I didn't bother going into the restaurant, because it was empty, dark and set up like a high school cafeteria. Such a lost opportunity to do great things with this beautiful old hotel. Do better guys.
