Staying at Peppers Beach Club was everything we had hoped it would be. Our room was clean and and serviced every day and the staff at reception were very friendly and able to help us with any of o9ur needs. The pool was luxurious and the water invitingly warm to swim in. We never wanted to get out once we had gone in!. The restaurant Koko served some of the best meals we had in Port Douglas and we had our dinner there almost every night. I can't recommend Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas enough. It made our holiday perfect!!

Small room, unable to block out the light from pool area at night. Had to buy face masks in order to sleep. Clearly understaffed as some areas of the complex never got cleaned. Breakfast was pretty ordinary - stale pastries, limited options and had to pay for coffee despite having breakfast included in room price. For the price that i paid i wouldnt stay again.

Staff were exceptional from first arrival (David) who greeted us and took our bags to room. bar staff (Macarena particularly) were tremendous every day and not only looked after adults but our kids wanting the water fall on during the day. Our room 232 was in a perfect spot, although some parts were failing (dishwasher reported and fixed, cupboard draws broke and one of the outside double doors was hard to open) it was otherwise a spacious and perfect size room for our family. We will certainly return after this pleasing experience at Peppers Port Douglas
