My husband and I took a night off farm while he was playing in the ice hockey tournament. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a night. The tea and coffee machine were great as well as toiletries. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

We were amazed at the concept with the kitchen and the living room being on the first floor. The excitement could be compared as unboxing a blind-box when we discovered the stairs that lead to the first floor, that is so spacious and comfy for 4.

Check in process not greatly welcoming. 2x washer & dryer laundry facilities for all rooms to share. Linen, including mattress protector very old and tattered, worn and yellowing. Only 1x mattress underlay provided for the king bed. Which was two singles pushed together. So only one was comfortable and sat higher than the other side. Staff did not identify themselves upon dropping off items. Barged into the villa because they “had to install the pan” that was not already in the room before we checked into. Including extra linen required for the use of sofa bed. Terrible buffet breakfast. Pretty sure powdered egg is used for scrambled eggs. Although, did not ask to confirm. Our group booked in for 3x nights. Checked out after one night. Really did not want to further waste our holiday and good times on an overrated hotel/resort. Plus, not much to do in town once you’ve done the three activities which take less than one day to complete.

In relation to the laundry facilities, these are shared amongst the villas within the accommodation block in which you were staying, while some of our other room categories do offer private washing and drying facilities. We understand this may not have aligned with your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarification. Your comments regarding breakfast have also been shared with our Food & Beverage team. We recognise that dining experiences form an important part of any holiday, and feedback such as yours helps us continue refining what we offer. Most importantly, we regret that these concerns impacted your time with us.
