Loved our stay at Mantra, Lake Tekapo. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the lake and The Church of the Good Shepherd. The unit itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and was really comfortable. We had a parking space (externally and a garage) and washing/cooking facilities which is super helpful with young kids. Would recommend Mantra to anyone visiting Lake Tekapo!

We stayed one night and found out the bug bites the next day. My son got itchy bites in the tummy and mine was on the back of my shin. Don’t think we’d stay again

Dear Mingzhou, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry to hear about the discomfort experienced by you and your son following your stay. As your stay took place in July and the bites were noticed after departure, we are unable to confirm their cause. Since then, several guests have stayed in the same room, and we have received no similar reports. Nevertheless, we take concerns of this nature very seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you further. Please contact us directly on 03…. It offers convenient access to the Raound Hill Ski Resort and features a layout that allows the family to relax comfortably. It has a proper garage with a roof, so car windows don't freeze over—meaning you can head out immediately for early morning departures. If I had to ask for one more thing, since heat tends to rise to the second floor, I think having underfloor heating on the first floor would make it even more comfortable.

Dear Naoya M., Thank you for your kind words regarding your stay at Mantra Lake Tekapo. We are delighted to hear that you found our location convenient for skiing and that our facilities provided a comfortable experience for your family. Your suggestion about underfloor heating on the first floor is appreciated; feedback like yours is invaluable as we strive to enhance our guest experience. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in the future. Best regards, Pawanesh Madhwani Mantra Lake Tekapo
