Beautiful but disappointing

First issue was these we were only notified or payment hasn't gone through despite receiving confirmation from the Accor app, 2 hours before check-in creating a bit of panic during the trip. Once arrived we were welcome by a broken front door with the handle hanging off the door. After a few attempts we managed to get in. Despite reporting this issue to reception the following morning and being reassured it would be addressed, nothing happened. Then interior which one would have been well appointed now suffers wear and tear from years of use. Certainly not what I would expect from a location charging $600 per night.

Quick one night stay

Reception is available till 5:30pm, after that self check in by calling Peppers hotel for instructions. Apartment was big size and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a minor issue with the electrical but managed to sort out over the phone. Good sized living room with fully functioning kitchen. Swimming pool and hot tub is available. No welcome drink/welcome amenities (for premium members) due to not having restaurant on-site.
