Solid place. Close to the lake, beautiful location but layout does mean there are lousy views for most people. Restaurant was very good, staff friendly. I would guess this is an American chain from the vibes.

The stay was fine , property is slightly run down and could do with some love especially for the price , staff we’re doing their best but could use some extra assistance EG hire more staff

This hotel is very well situated with stunning of lake tekapo and a small walk into town. The rooms are really nicely layed our for families, however the rooms are showingj alot of wear and the restaurant , including buffet breakfast and very underwhelming. Would still stay here for the location.
