Really enjoyed staying here. Booked from home in Los Angeles and really unsure as to what to expect. Really nice facility, well located, clean with nice rooms. Wonderful staff and wonderful breakfast. Real treat. Must come back

For the cost of the room it was crazy.The room was so small a bag didn’t fit in, the smoke alarm went off with no direction from staff ended up being the painter. The rooms were hard to find they signs are so small and hard to find. Overall experience was for the money an absolute joke.

One of the rooms was not ready until 4pm when we where told check in was 2pm, then no towels and both rooms where dirty with mould in the bathrooms. Dinner was an absolute disaster with wait staff with no idea what they were doing and food terrible. We where offered free desserts which came out raw and inedible. One check we where asked how was are stay and replied terrible. The young girl just oh.. This was are fifth time here and are last.

The entire stay experience can only be described as truly terrible. It was raining on the day I arrived, and I got completely lost trying to find the front desk due to unclear signage. The staff member at check-in had an extremely poor attitude, which made the whole trip very unpleasant. I clearly requested a twin room, but was still given a king bed. Eventually, I was told that if I wanted twin beds, I would have to separate them myself. When I asked for housekeeping assistance, the staff replied sarcastically, "We don't offer that service." So I ended up separating the beds on my own. The room was very small, and the bedding was filthy. This was an absolutely awful accommodation experience. I would not recommend it to any Chinese netizens. From now on, you won't have to worry about so many Chinese guests staying with you anymore.
