Fantastic in every way. Having read so many bad reviews about Peppers Bluewater we arrived feeling very anxious about our stay We needn’t have worried at all. Our welcome on arrival was delightful and when we reached our apartments - oh boy - what a treat This place is spotless with everything needed when travelling around this beautiful country - space, beautiful kitchen, great bathroom, washing and drying facilities in the apartment too, just perfect We enjoyed great views of the Lake from our balcony Everybody was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay enormously Don’t bother with all the negative reviews, some people just like to moan Thank you. Amazing stay, we had a wonderful time

Modern, well decorated three bedrooms unit

I booked the three bedrooms mountain view unit, it has been awesome. The unit is very clean, well renew and modern renovation and furniture, our family of 3 adults and 2 kids has enjoyed our stay for every bit of it The kitchen is well equipped, living room with big tv and wide range of tv channels, This is my second stay, where my first stay was ten years ago in 2015 for my honeymoon. And this resort has been my choice, and it has been a good story to share with my kids that their parents brought them back to the hotel they stayed during their honeymoon Hope to come back again

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

Our stay at Peppers Bluewater Resort was underwhelming. While the second-floor living and kitchen area was spacious and well-designed, the overall experience was far from what we expected for the price we paid. First, parking is inconveniently far from the rooms, making unloading luggage a hassle. Upon arrival, we noticed that the remotes for the TV were missing, and when searching for them, we found an alarming amount of debris—cereal, popcorn, and other crumbs—stuffed between the sofa cushions. It was clear the sofas hadn’t been cleaned for at least a couple of stays, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene of the room. For a two-floor, two-bedroom unit, it was surprising (and frustrating) to find there was only one bathroom. But the worst part? No hot water. We couldn’t even shower before heading to our next destination. To add to the disappointment, the bathroom itself was not up to standard, with stray hairs left behind—definitely not what you'd expect from a property charging these rates. We travel often, and we understand that not every stay will be perfect—we’re flexible and not overly picky. But for what we paid, we expected a much better room. To put it into perspective, staying here felt like checking into a rundown Best Western in the middle of nowhere—but at Hyatt-level prices. The only good decision we made was skipping breakfast at the hotel and heading to The Greedy Cow, which was a much better experience. Would we stay here again? Only if there were absolutely no other options. Until they improve their cleanliness, amenities, and overall value, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Terrible value for money

Extremely disappointed with the room and guest cloths washing facilities. The room was extremely small I felt very claustrophobic. Guest facilities and value for money were terrible. I would like to commend the duty manager on duty the night we stayed, she assisted us to change the configuration of the room which we had requested at the time of booking she took our dirty cloths and had them washed and dried as another guest was using the guest washing facilities. Thank you to the duty manager and staff on the night we stayed if it wasn’t for them this review would be a lot worse. Thank you Duty manager and staff that assisted us to improve our stay.
