An expensive stay in a room that was too small, had only one chair to sit on and no table to share a cup of tea with my partner. We deserved a lot more when we paid so much. Additionally, although we requested twin beds when we booked as directed by you, this was not prepared for our arrival and checked in. It had to be done after we had checked in.

I booked 6 rooms for my group asking we be together and we were about as far apart as we could be. Your car park is not suitable for a 12 seater van making it difficult to drop people to their rooms in the dark. Dining was a disaster, almost every meal that came out was incorrect, breakfast was equally disastrous. The rooms were so small, making it difficult to unpack a bag. Overnight noise of heat pumps kept my clients awake. We retired at the end of the day and our room had no kettle to make a cup of tea. Overall a poor experience

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the upstairs lounge, dining area, and terrace were absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of our stay. Although we didn’t get a lake view room, we still had a great overall experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we really appreciated being allowed a late checkout. It gave us plenty of extra time to relax and fully enjoy everything the resort had to offer. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort and a great choice for a relaxing getaway. I would especially recommend it as one of the best options for a family stay, with plenty of space, comfort, and a peaceful atmosphere that everyone can enjoy.

Unable to check in at specified time was provided a free drink voucher staff not overly friendly or helpful. I purchased two packets of of chips about 9pm as the bar was closing early that night and were out of date when I speak with staff next day they were very nonchalant about it.
