While we are pleased to hear that our manager was able to assist and that you found them helpful, kind, and professional, we are disappointed to learn that your initial interaction with our Front Office team did not reflect the welcoming and understanding service we strive to provide. For security and privacy reasons, our team must follow strict procedures regarding guest registration and room access. However, these procedures should always be communicated professionally, courteously, and with empathy. We regret that alternative solutions, such as contacting the lead guest directly to verify the booking details, were not explored sooner and that the interaction left your sister feeling unwelcome. A warm arrival experience is an important part of any stay, and we are especially sorry that this was overshadowed by the circumstances surrounding your journey and the way the situation was handled initially.
