I stayed for one night after flying in from Perth overnight, and the staff were very kind to allow an early check in so I could get some much needed sleep. This place absolutely saved me.

The staff were great but for some reason our late check out wasn't in the system so the phone call was annoying - also have to point out that the Spa reset button is positioned so far away from the spa and it is very awkward to climb out of given the fact that there are limited steps - I ended up with a bruise below my knee from getting in and out a few times - I'm 54 so I'd hate to see older people - who really need that spa feeling - getting in and out
