The location is good and close to the beach. The room was ok. However we get room above loud rooftop club open until 1 am. And I mean loud - we couldn't watch TV and we had to sleep with earplugs in (although even earplugs did not cancel all noise). If you want to sleep, book elsewhere.

Staff were friendly & location was central to beach & shops/restaurants. However; There was no swimming pool as advertised which was disappointing for my kids. Beds are not comfortable. Air vent noise / need to ask for a cover for loud noise. Had issues with the room I booked due to an AC fault. Offered me another 2 rooms that were not suitable for my wife & kids. Then offered to stay at the other mantra and expected me to walk with our luggage’s rather than offer transport. Keeping in mind I got two kids 18months & 4 years old. Issues using the scanning in elevators. Would I recommend to fam & friends, no. There was no form of compensation or further consideration of discounts.

Very nasty rooms and really bad customers service. Would NOT recommend! Would not let us leave the luggage after we checked out. The bathroom and area around the fridge was not clean. It was not a great experience staying here. The pillows were not comfertable.

Bad value for money

Facility is not good value for money, our shower has a bad drainiage, and shower equipment are worn out, place looks very old and dated. The pool club at the front gives a lot of noise at night The hotel itself looks very dated snd worn out. The lifts are not working efficiently. For the akount they charge, the hotel needs a general renovation

My wife and I had a booking for 3 nights to commence next week. We received an email today stating our booking had been cancelled. When we contacted the hotel, they couldn't state why our booking had been cancelled or by who, but they could rebook us at a higher rate. Sorry, is this a joke? To randomly cancel our booking and then try to charge us more to rebook? This is highly suspect behaviour.
