Mantra on View Surfers Paradise

Stayed for a girls weekend getaway via Airbnb so had nothing to do with hotel staff. The privately operated car park is extortionately priced and filthy, with the worst customer service ever - ticket machine took ages to process payment and when we got to the boom gate they refused to let us out until we payed another $15 as we were allegedly 10mins over the 24hr period. The petty woman on the intercom hung up on my friend and refused to answer again after us explaining that we’d just paid $50 and the ticket machine had taken a good 10-15mins to put the payment through - what a joke! We had to pay for 2 car parks despite being on motorbikes and only taking up 1 park as well. The second night we didn’t even park in a car parking space, we put the bikes in a corner out of everyone’s way and come back in the morning to the stench of urine and litter everywhere. That aside the hotel is well located, central to everything Surfers has to offer and reasonably quiet. Balconies are tiny and rooms lack enough power outlets but we did also have a bath which was a nice touch. Will stay again but not on a motorbike trip.

The hotel has a great location and a mix of both city and beach view that the room has to offer with. The duty manager who checked me in on arrival date had a very positive and patient guest handling skills. The breakfast team is very courteous. Overall a great stay. Only one suggestion- Wifi name- Mantra On View's connectivity need to seriously be looked into. Doesnt connect or get captured on certain devices immediately. Takes a lot of time for the login to happen. Hope it shall be resolved.

Great hotel at a great location. A swimming pool would have been great. So would be full restaurant service (lunch, dinner etc.). The stay was a bit expensive. Overall satisfied. Would definitely consider coming back again.

A very nice hotel, excellent views. Reasonably priced for today's rates. Close to the beach and the Cavill St precinct, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were lovely and easy to talk to.

This was my third stay at Mantra on View. This time I was a solo traveller. The staff are lovely, the foyer area is really impressive when you walk in and the rooms are lovely and clean. I had firstly checked into a room with the Cali Club below my room and it was very loud and I knew I couldnt sleep so I asked to change rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful and the Manager was very kind and changed my room for me. I was very happy with the lovely room I had at the other end of the building with a gorgeous sea view. The beds are comfortable and I love how they are serviced each day with clean towels and the bed nicely made again. Highly recommend this hotel.
