Breakfast bliss

Excellent breakfast. Fabulous coffee on arrival. The variety to eat at breakfast is excellent, from fresh sliced fruit to hot selections of curries and scrambled eggs. We also ordered poached eggs as we’re revelling in watching the chef at work. My favourite dish this week is the beef curry. My husband loved the bacon. Stayed five nights. Staff fantastic.

Good location

Hotel has a great location close by the beach and not far from Surfer Paradise centre. Room was fine with 2 ok size beds. Staff was very helpful and makes our stay very comfy . Breaky was just ok and funny for me was that if you want to order omelette you have to pay extra. Parking was fine but not for a caravan.

Great location

Check on was great the girl was friendly and helpful. The room was ok carpet by bathroom door threadbare and an eyesore walls chipped and the blockout curtains so old the backing had holes in them . Great locality could walk everywhere I parked car Mon and didn’t move it till I left Fri. I’d stay again if I got a cheap price

Cold and Inedible Offerings for Breakfast.

The ‘hot’ food offered limited options and many of the offerings were stone cold as they were not provided any heat source to maintain a hot temperature. In particular, the scrambled eggs and sausages were both completely cold and inedible. The bacon was all just off-cuts, rather than actual rashers or eyes. It was all either almost raw or so burnt it was completely black. Additionally, this establishment charges an additional fee for an omelette which I have never seen in any of the hotels I’ve visited in various locations. We will not return to this restaurant or stay at Mantra on View based on this poor experience.
