Everything was a breeze from check in, to our well appointed room overseeing the lake and to check out. The facilities on the property are well managed and clean. A good size gym onsite at the north tower with everything you need for a good workout. Would highly recommend staying here.

Modern, clean, fantastic apartment! We throughly enjoyed our stay here: booked via wow stay and it was really straight forward. Really central. Pool is great for kids! Very quiet and more than enough beds to go round. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

My 13yo slept on the couch with no blanket!

We recently stayed for six nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected given the premium rate we paid. On one of the mornings, I woke to find my 13-year-old son on the couch, cold and uncomfortable. His bed had broken during the night when he reached for his phone charger, causing the mattress to fall through the slats. Thinking he’d somehow caused the damage, he didn’t tell us and instead slept on the couch without a blanket. When I informed the hotel, maintenance came promptly the next day and repaired the bed, but aside from a verbal apology, no further compensation was offered. For the cost of our stay, I would have expected all beds to be in good working condition and a better response from management. Maintenance also had to come in to fix a broken blind in the kids’ room, which had woken them up at sunrise due to being stuck open. On top of this, we noticed a persistent urine smell in the kids’ room. We reported it but received no response. While we could manage the room’s odor by airing it out, the urine smell never went away. The housekeeping staff did a great job, but the quality of the room and the lack of management acknowledgment left us disappointed. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was only accessible on handheld devices and didn’t work on the room’s smart TVs, with the signal being quite weak overall. For a place charging premium rates, I expected a higher level of comfort and care.

I understand how unsettling and uncomfortable this situation must have been for both him and your family. While I’m pleased to hear that our maintenance team addressed the issue promptly, I acknowledge that the initial inconvenience certainly fell short. I am also disappointed to learn about the issues with the blinds and the unpleasant odor in the room. Both of these concerns are unacceptable, and I apologize for the lack of a thorough resolution during your stay. Rest assured, I will personally investigate these matters with my team to ensure such issues are rectified and do not occur for future guests. Regarding the Wi-Fi, I understand how essential reliable connectivity is for a comfortable stay. Your comments have been noted, and I will review the current system with our IT team to explore ways we can improve this service to better meet our guests' needs. Our central team are currently working with our WI-FI operator to enable smart TV streaming. While I’m pleased to hear that our housekeeping team made a positive impression, I deeply regret that the overall condition of the room and our handling of the situation diminished your experience. Great Location

We looked at several available hotels in the Accor chain for Supercars gold coast 2024.This was a good choice. We had a one bed sea view. Great Kitchen amenties North Tower floor 28. It id s big complex. Pool was cold but great are. Servicing after a 5 day stay. But we could get a re stock and towels etc from reception as we were only staying 3 nights.Close to everthing. The lifts were busy and slow at times. But we would return.

Beautiful view from our Balcony

We enjoyed our stay and the unit was beautiful. The view was stunning and a lovely clean unit. The bed was very comfortable too. I just found the parking a bit of a nightmare. You would use your key to swipe it & cars coming the other direction just drive in & the gate then closes. If you had a car behind you’d get stuck. The gate on the way out is crazy, if there are cars driving past once the gate opens it doesn’t read your car & then closes up. Everything else was great location wise but the parking wasn’t good.
