We stayed on the 49th floor of a 4bedroom apartment for 8 nights...First night noticed all the knobs on stove worn out so couldn't turn them to on position?! Got intouch with admin to be told they'd have to get intouch with owner to fix them?? Couldn't use stove to cook for our big family for 8days and the rest of our stay...Apart from that...What a great view! And spacious 4bedroom apartment in the heart of Surfers paradise.

However, we would like to clarify that your booking was not made through Mantra Circle on Cavill, but rather through another independent agent operating within the Circle on Cavill complex. While we manage a number of apartments within the property, several other agencies and private owners also offer accommodation under similar listings, each responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their respective apartments. We understand how disappointing it must have been to experience issues with the stove during your stay, and we encourage you to reach out directly to the agent you booked through so they can address your concerns appropriately. Nice accommodation. Lifts are ad hoc, sometimes taking ages to come. Some nights the noise from Cavil Avenue is very loud and keeps you awake sometimes for hours, l guess the price you pay for central location.

Fenny at reservations has been amazing to help me sort of some all issues I had, as I'm staying til December I wanted to be comfortable. The cleaners have gone over & above in the short time I have been there. Appreciate the help & hope the service continues as it is.

Very Good Location

This accommodation has the perfect location if you want good views of the ocean, Cavill Ave area and most of Surfers Paradise. The apartments are well designed and the balcony is plenty big enough with outdoor table and chairs. Staff are excellent, polite and very helpful, which is consistent with other Mantra's we have stayed in. We would have given this 5 stars had there been double glazed windows as unfortunately the street noise/sirens and rubbish collection trucks can be heard easily.
