Overall the apartment was most suitable for our needs however the shower over the bath was a little awkward getting in and out. Excellent location to everything in the central city and plenty of restaurants nearby. Tram stops within a short walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location and comfy beds

We stayed after a concert and have done so before. The staff are really friendly and explain things very well. Rooms are large and comfortable as are beds and pillows. Very close to China town/ CBD. Has an indoor pool but a bit on the cool side but others in there were fine.

Great location and big apartments

We use to stay at the Mantra 100 Exhibition but that the last stay was not as good. Location still great and closer to Chinatown and the theatre distract. Not many noise issues. Good service. Apartment was large and well furnished. Bed was bad since whenever my partner moved I woke up. The bed was probably older and a one off. Generally a great stay.

Great location for the AO

Here to review the things that matter…! This hotel has a fairly basic gym, three treads, two very old style bikes, good range of dumbbells, nice new rower, old elliptical, and a four way pin loaded machine but with handles (except for a leg extension). It’s a small space which is unfortunate as there is a lot of outdoor lounge chair area which was completely empty when I was there. Gym could benefit from a refresh, new mats (or clean them) and new bikes. Close by to fitness first QV however. There is a nice enough pool and dry sauna. I came to play in the AO Glam Slam and couldn’t fault the close location to the tram direct to Rod Laver Arena. Outstanding overall location near to grocery stores etc. Huge comfortable and clean one BR apartment with a massive kitchen and bathroom, plus washing machine and dryer. A drying rack would have been fantastic as not everything can go in the dryer and the drying string over the bath is reasonably ineffective (because there is no fan in the bathroom). Cannot fault the lovely and welcoming staff. Would’ve been a five star review if the gym doesn’t matter to you or you plan to train elsewhere.

Beautiful Australian Open Stay

Stayed at this beautiful hotel during the Australian Open. It was convenient to be able to walk to the Australian Open (approximately 20 mins) or easy access to the free trams. Location was great for shopping, a variety of restaurants and food courts. Bourke Street on Russell tram 96 takes you to the Sky Bus at Southern Cross Station, it was only a 5 minute walk from this tram stop to the hotel which was great. Staff provided exceptional customer service, they were always friendly and polite. Cleaning staff were very professional and hotel/apartment room was extremely clean. The apartment was very spacious and provided cooking facilities. My room had a shower and bath, laundry facilities, wifi. Although I did not have the buffet breakfast at the hotel there was a special deal if you booked in. The pool, spa and dining area was relaxing after a day of walking around the melbourne city.
