2 day conference and accomodation

Attended and stayed at this venue for a 2 day work conference. The staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was a hassle for them and they were all so friendly and welcoming. Rooms and conference facilities were modern and stylish. Food was wonderful. We dined in the hotels restaurant and held our awards event there. Semi-private dining experience with projector to facilitate our evening. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Rooms were good size, bit no robes, a great look and clean. Restaurant Pretty boy not so good. We ordered pasta ragu and Angus rump cap asked for medium and came out rare and cold. Couldn't eat this. Pasta was also warm, not hot. Wouldn't eat here again. Disappointed. Mixed drinks were excellent.

Great location in Melbourne Central and beautifully appointed rooms. Topped off with great staff and facilities lands this Novotel as a go to for holiday and leisure travellers to Melbourne!. Parking available and easy access to Queen st, queen Vic market, Melbourne Emporium and all the sights in Melbourne.

This was a first time stay for me, one night stopover after flight from Athens , before going home to Adelaide the next day and I will most certainly be back. I love the position of this Hotel , close to shopping and surrounded by cafes and some of my favorite restaurants. The room and bed were comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming, I had breakfast the following morning , good selection and impeccable service . The Professional Staff- Kid Assistant Manager, Franko GSA, Sutthida Reception, Harshita Reception and Melinda GSA. The Exceptional - Mr. Aryaman GSA Reception , this intelligent young man impressed me very much , I'm surprised he is not at least an Assistant Manager, Professional, Pro -active, friendly, welcoming , capable , competent and empathetic to his guests needs and wants. Thankyou for the Platinum Member room upgrade and 5pm checkout, very much appreciated.

Great Stay, Excellent For Business

Great property and excellent staff service. Was on the 34th floor with beautiful view of Melbourne. Great in-room amenities and is a modern well designed property. Rooms are bit more on the smaller side but as I was here for business most of time was spent outside. Room service and breakfast downstairs was great. Good wait staff and delicious spread. Quite literally a 2 min walk from Melbourne Central and all the eateries. Never really stay at Accor but will return as the property was nice. I am now a Gold member and looking forward to my upcoming stays with this property!
