I stayed with the awesome Team @ Mantra on Russel last week, courteous and friendly always. Due to the Crowdstrike/Microsoft Issues on the Friday evening, my airline cancelling all flights with zero notice. I, along with thousands of other travelers, were left to our own resources to find accommodation for the evening. I made the briefest of calls to the guys at the Mantra on Russel and was informed that yes they had rooms available. Not only was a room was found, it came with a complimentary upgrade from the room I had stayed in for the previous week. they even organised a late check-out. The next day when I checked out they even inquired if I was going to be back later that evening if the plane flight was cancelled again. I said that it was a possibility and they gave me further contact details to reach should I find myself needing another room. Mantra on Russel exceeded when the airline I was booked on failed to register on any scale of caring about the inconvenience caused.

We lived our holiday staying at the Mantra on Russell. We could have wished for a better location and the kids absolutely loved the pool, while we relaxed in the spa. We will be back for sure.

We loved our holiday staying at the Mantra on Russell. We could not have wished for a better location and the kids absolutely loved the pool, while we relaxed in the spa. This is our 2nd visit and we will be back for sure. Our only regret is having to leave!
