Was a pleasant stay, some off the little extra's we have received at other places were not there. due to our gold status we have received a bottle of wine and little nibbles. The bar was also closed so we couldn't get our drinks. In saying that, it would stop us from staying there again

My daughter ended up sick from food poisoning and i am very grateful that we had our checkout extended. Would have liked extra power sockets in bedrooms near the bed

On arrival we were given an up grade, that was really appreciated. This was our fourth stay and will return for a fifth later this year. All staff are very pleasant and helpful making your stay just that little more special. Great position, close to all theatres. and shopping.

The extreme cleaning odour coming from the lobby in this place is overwhelming and have me an instant headache. Breakfast is only available from 7am so take that into consideration when booking a room if considering adding breakfast.
