Shower drain was blocked which would have been obvious if anyone ran the shower during cleaning. This was fixed promptly but really should not have to be reported. A/C had some form of control fault which meant overnight temp was hitting 22 degrees when set at 19 degrees. This was reported repeatedly but was not fixed.

Annoying that the check-in does not encourage Apple Pay, I finished up having to dig out my card from my luggage. Also the $5 surcharge for not booking breakfast is another annoyance as well.

Was handy to trams, shopping and loads of amazing restaurants. Loved our room. Was big and had everything we needed. Staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Excellent service in all respects. Enjoyed upgraded suite and amenities as an Accor Plus member. Comfortable room with kitchenette and full size fridge. Would suit a long stay in Melbourne CBD.
