not very good, have already emailed regarding the smell of raw sewage in the room and taking over 1.5 hours to be moved rooms, when they were aware of an issue with this room having a plumber there previously. Emailed the manager and can say the reply was either condescending or written extremely poorly without a thorough read through prior to sending. She said I'm sorry about your tissues, etc. Found this appalling and I have said in many of Mantra/accor hotels to was a member with accor hotels.

The shower was either incredibly hot or cold. The hot water did not mix with the cold water. The trains at night were noisy when trying to sleep (bedroom looked out onto train tracks). I arrived late and no food options (I had to use Uber eats which was actually very fast). No breakfast the first morning available at hotel. Breakfast available second day but was expensive for what it was. Good points - very close to MCG for conference I was attending. Reception staff were nice and helpful.
