Very good size room, loved having a balcony. Really appreciated the laundry facilities in the room, along with the kitchenetee, and location was excellent.

I’ve been staying at Mantra Pandanas since around 2004 and continue to return because of the excellent CBD location, proximity to Woolworths and Mitchell Street, and consistently helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-suited for longer stays. While the property does show some age and minor effects from the local humidity, it hasn’t been a significant issue for me. My main concern is the current internet setup. I travel with a VPN router for work, and it appears to be blocked by your ISP. I’ve confirmed the router functions correctly on other networks, so the issue is not on my end. I understand this is managed by your provider, but it does impact business travelers who rely on secure connectivity. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experiences over many years and will continue to stay here, but I would strongly encourage resolving the ISP/VPN blacklisting issue that the current Internet service provider seems unable to resolve. This has no bearing on the hotel or the staff which I am always impressed with.

The accommodation is first class, very well priced and is in a great location being central to many nearby attractions and shopping conveniences. The room was immaculate with every amenity you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Anytime I return to Darwin the Mantra Pandanas will be my preferred accommodation choice.

It was good stay. I have had a few stays at Mantra Darwin recently where my platinum status was not recognised because of booking through my work travel system. I mentioned this at checkout and this was promptly sorted out in the system. After checking in and arriving at my room reception rang me and said they had a room upgrade available of I wanted. So ended up with a nice one bedroom suite with a nicer view.
