Location was good. I liked the tropical setting. The rooms were small with outdated beds/matresses. Restaurant food/drinks were average at best. Service in restaurant can be improved.

Paid $600 for two nights for the aircon not to work, let reception know but was told the premises was at capacity, on check out let them know again the aircon didn’t work correctly & that I would like some of the room reimbursed the manager on duty then sent me an email say the aircon unit was working fine. Air was only blowing out of half of the aircon.. aircon was also extremely unhygienic due to the amount of dust there was in and around the unit!! Sent a reply email email with no email back.. You’d expect paying $300 a night the aircon would work correctly and be comfortable for guests and wasn’t full of dust!!!

Check in was great ! Front desk staff were fabulous . However very disappointed with the restaurant staff. We waited 1.5 hours for our meals. Entree and mains served together. Children’s meals served at the same time. Children’s meals should always be served first . They are tired and cranky ! Which makes the parents experience worse. After one hour - Waiter staff kept saying the meals are on their way. They really didn’t care ! For a Mantra accomodation and the price per room- very disappointing.

Property was what I expected, clean comfortable accommodating, let down was property is in need of a refresh, was there for 2 seperate bookings, one at circa $200 per night, and the other 4 days later at $400 per night, $200 is the right place, $400 for the exact same room was well overpriced
