Pretty clean, comfy bed, well decorated room. We had room 328 and did not enjoy the elevator ride, walk around the top floor, and then additional stairs to get to our room. Had we not had suitcases, we would have used the stairs but for check in and out, we had to go all the way around. The layout of the floors felt like an afterthought for this reason. Otherwise, happy hour was inexpensive which was great. The pool felt soupy - we feel it could’ve been colder. We were not entirely able to cast to the TV in the room which was disappointing. Maintenance came in the middle of our two night stay to fix it and did partially but we were still unable to cast as normal. The TV didn’t appear to have wifi connected to it and gave us no option to do so. Both the reception staff member (can’t remember her name but she’s half Kiwi, half Japanese and super lovely) and the maintenance guy who helped us with this were very kind and friendly.
