Fantastic stay overall. The hotel is amazing — very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The room felt modern and comfortable, and everything was presented to a high standard. The only downside was the shower water pressure, which was quite low. Aside from that minor issue, it was an excellent stay and I would happily return.

Christmas celebration with work mates was super chilled and relaxing. Rooms lovely and well renovated. Food was a little disappointing so that could be improved.

The overall the experience was okay, but there were few things that could be improved. The room looked fine at first but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly throughout the stay which made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. Though the location was convenient, but I was surprised to find that the hotel charges extra for basic amenities like laundry powder. For the price of the stay, I expected essentials like that to be included, especially when using the guest laundry facilities. It’s a small cost, but it leaves a negative impression and feels a bit unnecessary. Overall, an average stay, but the extra charges for basic items definitely took away from the experience.
