The location was good, the restaurant and its staff were very friendly. I didn't think it was fair that for the price we paid for 4 nights, even room cleaning wasn't included. I think it's the little things that make the difference. In fact, the system is the same; almost two weeks have passed and I haven't received my deposit back.

Fantastic experience with the mantra hotel. The bar by the pool really was the best part of the experience. Incredibly cheap happy hour both drinks and food, as well as extremely friendly staff and helpful too!

Close enough to Airlie to walk via the track across the road. Off peak night I was there reasonable price and comfortable to spend the night before attending business in the morning

1. You clearly have no regard to your fire requirements with all stairways unlit (fell due to shadows across the last step) and not one of the levels emergency exit signs for all floors where rooms X08 to X20 were illuminated. 2. The rooms aircon was not working well 3. The shower head was broken and appeared that way for quite some time going by the staining. 4. Shower screen would not stay closed casing a slip Hazzard in the shower, 5. Had to send some meals back due to the foul taste of the Schnitzel (frozen taste and soggy bread crumbing). 6. My last breakfast, most of the items (scrambled eggs, bacon and other items did not arrive until 6.15 to 6.20am despite being open from 6am. 7. The general areas however were clean and cared for.
