Shower issues and unhelpful reception staff

Bryan Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Shower wasn't working, phone in room wasn't working as aircon unit had been dripping water on it. Tried calling reception from mobile phone multiple times but no one ever answered it or replied to my voicemails. Had to go physically go downstairs to reception multiple to report the shower issue. No one came to fix for over an hour and I missed my first client meeting. Very unhelpful reception staff

Good stay, I did request Friday morning that the fridge get looked at as it wouldn't close. So we had no chilled food or water available for us. A bit frustrating

I was in room 407 and there was a not particularly great smell coming from the laundry cupboard. Also wanting to charge me an extra $150 AUD for a few nights of a sofa bed sheets is a bit excessive.

Decent sized room for our family of 5. Everyone got a bed. Decent facilities in room like washing machine, cooking facilities (not used). Nice freebies of water and snacks. Check in and out a bit slow as only one person on desk

We were able to get slightly earlier check in which was great and meant we could explore the beautiful city! The room was clean and well presented with delightful views. Staff were courteous and helpful.
