The room assigned to me on the 6th floor was gross! No detail to cleaning. Mold on the curtains, the bed linen smelly & mold on ceiling, around aircon ducts & in bathroom. After relaying my concerns, I was moved to the 7th floor which was a little bit better though still mold in the shower & a bit smelly. They did say they’d had trouble with water leaking to rooms! However still placed me in a damp smelly room! The lamps in the rooms were old and decaying and stained. It’s clear no one checks the rooms before guests arrive. I will never stay here ever again. I purchased 2 rooms costing me $888.

Positives: staff were great, location is excellent, bar and dining casual but nice. Negatives: mouldy room, dusty, dirty. The shower was covered in black mould on the tiles, floor and ceiling. The entire room smelt of mould, we asked to be upgraded (happy to sit) to get us out of there but nothing was available. We were swapped to an identical room which was identically as disgusting as the previous one. We had to wear shoes on the carpet as it was so grubby and felt sticky and obviously in need of a clean. As Accor Gold members I had to ask for our welcome drinks (which were provided), there were not extra touches in the room as the usual protocol goes for Accor plus members. We had 4 of us staying in the room and only 3 towels were provided on the first day and only 2 on the second. Even after showering we felt unclean due to the state of the bathroom, not to mention the toilet seat that sat precariously on the toilet but didn’t fit at all! My daughter woke up the first morning with inflamed eyes due to the dusty curtain she slept next too, upon opening it the dust that flew off it made us all sneeze and cough! We have stayed at this hotel before and clearly had a newer, nicer room because of this was our first time we would never, ever go back! On top of this, it was a “blackout” weekend so prices were over inflated to the hilt. So incredibly disappointed with this stay and it has us questioning our Accor loyalty as customers, we always choose an Accor hotel for consistent standards and this was a huge disappointment.

Perfect spot to stay for a night at QPAC, staff mostly friendly and helpful. Airconditioning was slow but Brisbane is really hot so that's understandable.

I emailed about 4 times to delay my stay. I had one response to say someone would get back to me, but heard nothing else. I emailed the day before to change the date, but I was still charged. Very unhappy.

Extremely poor service - was made to show a bank statement twice, and email a copy of proof of payment for our room prior to check in and again upon checking out. 30 minute wait for our car from valet parking upon checking out.
