The location of the hotel was very good but I wasn’t happy with the room as there was and open vent in the room and there were spiders and insects coming out of it. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Plus there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room and no dental kit either.

Service was good other than we couldn't get a room on the second floor. We needed a low floor due to husband's vertigo.

Unfortunately, the room type booked is only available from level 5 upwards. As such, the closest we were able to allocate during your stay was a room one floor lower on level 4.
