Would have been fine except that there was no parking for guests, which made it unpleasant and inconvenient

Last time I stayed self-parking was available - free - in the building, which when you are coming and going each day is convenient. Self parking in a public carpark nearby cost me an additional $56 per day, as street parking is virtually impossible on Grey st. Valet parking is not desirable in these times of covid either and would have wasted heaps of our time as we were in an out to attend multiple events daily. It ruined our stay and I wont be booking at Mantra Southbank again, and will be warning all my contacts to be aware of the inconvenience also.

Well I enjoyed my stay, rooms was neat and clean, bed and stuff are all very clean and smells like home. The only thing that needs checking is the deep cooler in the fridge, it was solid strong so I had to put power off for a day to let the ice melt out so I can use the part of the fridge. Also I didn't got to see some menu or contact directory so accessible to ask for services provided. Otherwise, all good and high recommended to anyone thinking Brisbane, don't go past this.

As Accor members we are usually offered complimentary drinks when we arrive, however, this did not happen this stay.

We had a good experience. The location was the best part. Was handy having the valet service for our car. We found it expensive though as the room wasn’t amazing.
