Very disappointing stay

This was my first and definitely last time staying at Mantra Legends. From the moment we arrived, the hotel looked tired, dilapidated, and well past its prime. The reception welcome felt rushed, and things only went downhill from there. Arriving late at night to the 12th floor, we were greeted by piles of food rubbish near the lift — apparently due to long term residents and Christmas waste left unattended. The room itself was dated, not properly cleaned, and the bed cover felt like hard straw. Despite asking reception to remove it, the response was perfunctory, and it took three more requests before it was finally taken away on 26 December. Breakfast was extremely limited and at $40+ per person, it felt like a complete rip off. The swimming pool is the only positive feature, but it doesn’t make up for the overall poor experience. Would not recommend.

AVOID! No parking left so clearly not every room you pay for gets a parking spot wtf and the beds are rock hard i was up until 2am because i couldn’t fall asleep i was actually contemplating leaving to another hotel. No blankets just thin sheets & thin cover, leather cushions?? Was a joke, thank god i was only staying 1 night it was long enough!

Great Location, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable would book this hotel again Chinese restaurant down stairs was lovely and also the Italian restaurant across the road also lovely food. Buffet breakfast was also good my granddaughters loved it

We stayed for one night whilst driving down the Gold Coast. We would have loved to stay an extra night or two, but our schedule didn't allow for it. The receptionist was really helpful explaining how to access the hotel car park. The room was spacious on the 14th floor with team and coffee facilities. It was really clean that also had a bath. Our balcony faced the beach which made it more special. We'd love to stay again if we venture to Surfers Paradise. Its literally 5 minutes from the beach and main shopping and eating area.

Booked the hotel through an agency for the Gold Coast marathon. Hotel is very conveniently located . To the shopping streets and also beautiful beaches. Was also easy to get to the tram, which is useful for marathon race days. Our room has a pretty good view. The breakfast is simple and decent. The service is so so, not the warmest. Housekeeping was really late one of the days, we have to tell them to forget about it and just provide us fresh towels. Otherwise I think this is not a bad choice for a hotel serving our purpose.
