Location..The Staff, the Location, cleanliness, private spa rooms, roof top pools...This place is Excellent...A special mention to Sharon who saw us girls were a little lost on camera who came and found us and guided us to our room...Such a beautiful thing to do...We also loved the room and valley parking...

When booking through All.com - i purchased the Deluxe 1 bedroom no.1 - it states that it is a guaranteed 15 floor and above room - when checking in I received a floor 11 room. I queried it and was advised there was nothing left & asked ME where it stated 15 floor and above (uhhh on your very own website - i have screenshot to prove.) And the only compensation I received was a comment “i will let my manager know, in the future put it in the requests that you want a high floor room (despite the fact that I DID THAT I requested a high floor and late check out) No room upgrade, no offer to pay some of my money back, no offer for late check out, nothing. Disappointing because I paid the extra 100 to ensure i had a high room. Myself and my 2 siblings all purchased the same room so 3 seperate Deluxe 1 bedrooms no.1 - my sister had floor 16, brother had floor 30!? And i got floor 11. Also to add, our rooms were all different, if they were all deluxe - why did they look different? Additionally, the smart tvs were not connected to the network so they were useless. What is the point in having a smart tv IF YOU CANT EVEN CONNECT IT TO THE NETWORK/WIFI. Don't advertise smart tv. Although I understand there was maintenance on the rooftop pool a couple weeks prior to my stay, the lighting inside the pool was not working properly (flickering on and off at some points) - i had encouraged my siblings to stay at this hotel but the service was ridiculously bad/low. On top of all of that - it was not advertised that the bond was $300. Almost the same price as our actual room. I mean we paid it and thats fine but you SHOULD advertise it. Let people know the price of the bond prior to booking. I had a much better experience whilst booking with booking.com fv peppers with Serrain Residences (A airbnb type of stay) Not good enough FV Pepper. Not the level of standard you would expect.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was well appointed and very comfortable and also clean. Ours was a business stay but would like to revisit when back in Brisbane. Convenient restaurant next door and Mr. Valentine at 171 Alfred Street is a delight for breakfast, coffee, wines and more.

Place is extremely nice and has everything I need. Pros - Super clean. - Soundproofing is good. - Room Aircon doesn't get overwelmed. - Shower is to die for. - Staff are super helpful (we got lost trying to find our room). Cons - It is pricey but nothing crazy for the area. - 3 buildings and we got lost (if you can call it a con). - All the extra's you get for staying require you staying more than a day to use so much offered. - Leaving after dark on a weekend might be hell because its the valley. - If you are younger Egirls will try your dm's to get to come swim in the many pools. - Parking is a nightmare.
