It always enjoyable to stay at novotel The only comment on my stay was the bathroom the shower drain was not proper and there was no glass or cabinet to separate the shower all the water was on the floor so it made a bad moisture smell Otherwise every thing was ok

This was our second experience and we are satisfied. Rooms are very good, spacious and well furnished. Staff is cooperative. The property is new and clean. Shuttle service is excellent except that the drop off point is farther away from Masjid Al Haram. The management needs to do something about it with the authorities.

The hotel was very clean and the food was good as well but unfortunately the internet was very weak and a bit far from masjid al haram .

Price is cheap during off peak after ramadhan. Room is spacious. Breakfast is ok, not so good not so bad, can be improved. Shuttle bus available 24/7.The only issue is the shuttle bus will drop you at the end of gaza street and you have to walk towards Haram for another 1km. Shower floor has slope issue. The water flow is in reverse slope so it create water ponding and overflow toward the WC section.
