If I could rate 20 stars here for Darwin, then I would definetely do that so many times. Darwin was very helpful, friendly, polite and I would say one of the best receptionist I’ve ever met. I am not exaggerating but I am saying everything that I really experience. Great hotel as well! Hope to see Darwin again when we stay in Melbourne!

I am a fan of Novotel brand and Novotel Preston has exceeded our expectations with its excellent staff and top-notch facilities. One highlight is the workstation in our room, perfectly positioned with an inspiring view that sets a positive tone for the day. I’m also impressed with the bath essentials—they have a delightful scent that I absolutely love. Additionally, there’s a beautifully designed spot in the lobby that’s ideal for aesthetic photos, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

The room was nice, convenient and when it came to amenities, total satisfactory. My stay in Novotel was surely made remarkable by the friendliest staff. Sir Edwin was very insightful and very willing to help me as I am a tourist in Melbourne. He was telling me which places are nice to visit and famous restaurants around the city. He made me feel welcome especially when he knew I was also from the Philippines. I commend the staff and the service.

Idéalement situé à 15km au nord de Melbourne, à proximité des bus, tram et trains. La suite était au 6eme étagé (642) plein sud avec une vue imprenable sur Melbourne. Grande, bien équipée. Le personnel de nettoyage ou à l'accueil étaient très accessibles, à l'écoute, agréables et très professionnels.

Nous sommes resté 7 mois dans une chambre deluxe. Une partie s'est très bien passé, l'autre moins. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées, mais sont très différentes de l'une à l'autre, attention de bien choisir. La cours centrale de l’hôtel accueille régulièrement des évènements et les chambres donnant sur cette cours sont donc souvent bruyantes (en particulier le week end). Nous avons aussi eu un soucis de bruit de la ventilation qui a grandement affectée la seconde partie de notre séjour (nombreuses réclamations pour trouver le soucis, changement de chambre...), d'où la note générale tout juste moyenne. Sans cela, ca mériterai bien un 4.5
