Staff W. extremely helpful and very friendly. It was a lovely stay with my Daughter and her 9 month old daughter, three generations together for the first time on Mother's day. I would not hesitate in recommending the Hotel to family and friends. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

My son booked this hotel for us as it was close to his place, we could easily walk to visit him and vice versa. Although Chadstone Shopping Centre was undergoing renovation, it was ideal for us with the banking, food, shopping, cinemas and the bus transportation hub within walking distance.

Mini bar had no information so my children thought chips etc were gratuitous. No literature in one of our rooms, no idea what the room service was, spas etc.
