We understand your concerns regarding the staff's handling of your Platinum status benefits and the initial room assignment. While we strive to provide the best possible experience for our Platinum members, our breakfast policy does have certain exceptions. For the benefit of complimentary breakfast for all week, it can depend on the availability of lounge at each resort. As our resort does not have a lounge, we are unable to offer the traditional lounge breakfast. To make up for the breakfast benefit, we also offered you alternatives such as private transfer to the airport or to Sunset Town/An Thoi market. We are committed to providing exceptional service to all our guests, especially those with loyalty status.
