Very good location, big problems with garage which costs to much. This need to be included in to the accomadidation fee. Hotel need to have own parking places.

Not sure what is going on with restaurant but this is not Mama Shelter Belgrade that I know. Restaurant is on a fantastic location, very nice design with good food and decent service for high price. We went for breakfast, service was horrible, food was missing on the buffet, many items not available, waiters not cleaning tables, no interest in guest, talking between themselves. Coffee was excellent thou. Sorry, but you lost one guest.

I didn’t get my airport transfer to my hotel. Which left me with no way to get to my hotel. Had to end up paying extra for a taxi. Very disappointed by this. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone

Positives: - Spacious and clean rooms - Direct access to the shopping center - Centrally located hotel with good views - Breakfast option Negatives: - No coffee machine or kettle in the room - Terrible air quality (in Belgrade), so the windows should stay shut, otherwise you get the whole street in your room - The towels smells like cigarette smoke (terrible for non smokers)
