Samantha, at the front, was so sweet and accommodating towards my family! Especially since we were staying under my boyfriend’s name and was missing a few items. We also saw her on our way out and remembered us too! Alfred, the bellman, was very nice as well!!

What matters most is that it made my wife happy. Since we were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, all I wanted was to make it a pleasing experience for her, and it was. She liked the place very much. We got two rooms - the single room suite for the two of us and the studio for our two daughters.

I wanted to have a romantic unique experience in manila and I found your hotel that seems to meet what I had in mind. The hot tub was one of the major factors. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent. The room itself was clean, the bed was awesome. However; It seems the room is in need of serious maintenance. - One of the chairs at the dining room had a broken log (I only noticed when I sat and slid to the floor) - The hot tub *hand* faucet did not work - The hot tub pipe leaked water to the floor (a lot) and I believe this is dangerous in the log run for the building itself, if it leaks water into the foundation. - The glass shower door does not open and close properly. Please be careful someone may end up breaking the door and hurting themselves. - The curtains in the bedroom need to seal properly. The morning light is not fully blocked. If only it reached the walls (as it should have) people can sleep longer. - lastly (and this is just a suggestion) put the TV in the bathroom about 30 cm higher to allow better view without the screen being blocked by the tub pipes.

My room was warm and wasn't able to sleep well. No one is answering also at the phone's operator/guest service/private dining options. The process before you can check in is very long and uncomfortable.

The place was great, the staff were super accommodating, food was superb! The only minor thing for improvement was there were no serving plates and utensils that we could use - we were provided exactly 2 sets of everything, and maybe netflix for the room :) the breakfast waiting time was also a bit long, but totally understand given the situation we are in now.

Availed of their love, suite love valentine's promo for 2 nights. Super worth it! Bang for buck indeed. The one bedroom suite was very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Our valentine's dinner was also a delight! Their service was great as well. All for a price of a studio room per night. A nice weekend staycation spent! Will be back again next time!

I love that we can cook during our stay. Our stay would have been the best of we can connect our iphones to airplay so we can netflix and chill instead of youtube :/ Apparently, their airplay is only for android users. But we had a great stay

MORE THAN HOME, AWAY FROM HOME.

Even though my request for two single beds were not available, me and my son enjoyed our stay at Joy Nostalg. We shared a King size bed which was very comfy. We checked in a little late so we requested for a late check out which they granted. So we were able to use their swimming pool, jacuzzi and their state of the art gym equipments ( mostly LIfe Fitness brand). Very friendly staff. But WIFI signal was not too strong. The food at Nostalgia Lounge was also very good. We felt safe fr. the virus because all clients checking in are required to have an Antigen rapid test (Nasal only) On site. We paid for 1,500 each for the test. We really enjoyed our stay.
