Room is clean and neat, No bottled water when we arrived , when we request to housekeeping it was delivered immediately, some other request also delivered very quick. Very good customer service housekeeping and front office. Thank you Joebelle Lao for wonderful room , we enjoy our staycation.

Very poor service 1. Parking for paid guest no dedicated slots . We were advised to park outside of the hotel which is very inconvenient, not safe and secured 2. Breakfast delayed food delivery 3. No in house restaurant available

We are sharing the parking space with the office side of the building therefore, the hotel parking slots are limited an on first come first serve basis and the late delivery of breakfast has been cascaded to our Restaurant Manager for appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. I booked the room so I could have a staycation with one of my furbabies and my furbaby- George was so happy! We love the room so much, if we could only extend for more, we would. I would like to commend all the staff- from the housekeeping, pool area, restaurant, security, and especially the best front desk officer Ive ever met so far- Mark. He was very well-trained, professional, and friendly. He's doing his job with so much passion and excellence. Joy Nostalg heartists are really amazing. Thank you so much for the short but sweet experience. We will definitely come back as soon as we can.

It was an ok experience but it was not as we experienced before. Our breakfast was not delivered on time. On the 2nd night, we still followed up with regards to filling out the breakfast form. The form was not given to our room on time.

it was okay, one could afford not to leave as everything was inside the room already. however, the next day after checking in, we had the Make My room sign lit up, but no one ever came to make the room. Although we only stayed for 2nights, we wanted someone to tidy up the trash but no one came. How would you feel if you left for the day then come back to a room which was still not tidied up?

Bad Service

Booked 1 king sized bed but we arrived and told us the the room was 2 single beds. We waited for them to fix the beds. Requested late check-out but was rejected twice. I think because it was just a free stay from accorplus. Called housekeeping but no one answering. Drain in the shower did not work. Water overflowed. (First time I experienced this from all the hotels I have been.) Called for someone to fix but waited about 30mins to arrive. Asked for someone to clean the overflowed water still waited another 30mins. Accor membership on app was almost rejected by the manager at the resto. They needed my name on the app. Waitress became a messenger for the manager where he could have approached me for us to understand each other clearly. I left my card inside the car because I thought that the card on the app would be enough. Waiter and waitress at the resto was nice and accommodated us nicely. I am really disappointed with this hotel knowing that it is an accor hotel. I have been to other accor hotels even in other countries and I have nothing bad to say. I really had no choice selecting this hotel for my free stay.

An Okay Stay that Could Have Been Better

The room we booked is the one bedroom junior executive and the room is quite spacious which is nice. The bed was super comfortable and the temperature is just right. Problem is one of the sliding closet door cannot be opened due to it being stuck. Another is the utensils left in the room still have stains that we still needed to have them replaced/washer. At least room service personnel were friendly and helpful. Our biggest issue is with the food. Food served by Nostalgia does not taste good. The American breakfast set was just horrendous. The bacons were too hard, eggs were tasteless and the bread is stale as if it was from a few days ago. In addition, dinner was just as bad. Wonton soup is not served hot, club house sandwich shares the similar issue with breakfast bread and the panna cotta dessert does not taste like a panna cotta at all. For a 5-star hotel, having terrible food was unacceptable. To top it off, one of the receptionist in the lobby is not that friendly and I don’t like his attitude when we asked questions.

A nice suite hotel for our recent quarantine stay. Food was terrific, particularly beef Randeng in the first few days. Hotel staff paid attention to our health and safety. The suite is spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended.

It’s a great place to stay. Staffs were friendly, caring, and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious. Rooms are very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Even though my request for two single beds were not available, me and my son enjoyed our stay at Joy Nostalg. We shared a King size bed which was very comfy. We checked in a little late so we requested for a late check out which they granted. So we were able to use their swimming pool, jacuzzi and their state of the art gym equipments ( mostly LIfe Fitness brand). Very friendly staff. But WIFI signal was not too strong. The food at Nostalgia Lounge was also very good. We felt safe fr. the virus because all clients checking in are required to have an Antigen rapid test (Nasal only) On site. We paid for 1,500 each for the test. We really enjoyed our stay.

I loved that the room had its own kitchen with the complete equipment and utensils, including its manuals neatly filed in a clear book. The ref was a big one, not those bar refs. It had a comfy sofa which can also be used for sleeping by a third guest. The cabinets were spacious. More importantly, it had a fully automatic washing machine. Elevator was fast, not too many guests, I think, since it was a wednesday-thursday stay. Only concern was the ongoing construction nearby which created noise during the wee hours of the morning.

My stay was exellent except for some facilities that needs improvement: We stayed at Room 2304 1. Sink giving off bad odor - When we got there, the sink was giving off foul smell. We have reported it to the staff. What they did the first time they went to our room to fix the problem was just to spray on the whole room to eliminate the bad odor but it didn't go away. so We called the staff the second time and they declogged the sink i guess but the odor did not went away. Bad experience. 2. TV wifi didn't work - the staff sent 2 technicians but wasn't able to fix the problem hence we did not enjoy wifi connection for the TV
