It was our first time staying at this hotel, but it will be our place when in São Paulo. The personnel was very pleasant and understanding. We were given some very thoughtful perks and support. They made our stay a wonderful one. Not only that, but the location is also great. with lots of restaurants near by and and well located if you are on business. I definitely recommend this place

Noisy with construction, room was dirty.

NIce hotel, with decent breakfast and nice gym, lounge area and pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately the hotel is located next to a very noisy construction site which also works during the evening and night

Avoid at all cost- bad service and construction everywhere

Very disappointed with my stay. I understand that the hotel cannot do anything about the noise and construction nearby, but the service should make up for it. I’ll start off with challenges even before my stay. I tried to call the hotel, email and sent WhatsApp messages. Didn’t hear back for 2 weeks, until the day of my arrival. I had a pre-registered night and wanted to make sure my reservation wouldn’t be no-showed. When I checked in, the Front desk team was not friendly nor helpful. The front desk agent who checked me in barely looked me in the eye and did not provide me any information about my room reservation or amenities of the hotel. The only good part was the friendliness of the bellman and restaurant staff. This is not a 5- star hotel as they market it. The front desk team lacks service and international traveler experience. English was limited and the team didn’t seem to care. My bathroom had ants in the sink everyday. The tissue box in my bathroom was not replenished. I had my travel team call the hotel to correct and finalize the payment, but the front desk team didn’t seem to understand. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
