Expensive but well-served hotel. Location is extremely convenient, facilities are clean, staff is accessible… basically you can get anything at any time. Also, there are some special employees that noticeably walk an extra mile to make you feel welcomed (Guilherme, for example, the messenger, always helping me to carry food, bags, and all sorts of stuff up and downwards - even when told there was no need). The small things make this visit to the concrete jungle a little less grey.

Checked out a couple hours after arriving and stayed elsewhere. Not as expected for money spent. ‘City view’ was looking into peoples living rooms, which made me as a woman feel uncomfortable and construction/derelict buildings around which was NOT depicted on the photos. Did not adhere to requests sent weeks before and could not refund breakfast, for nearly £200 this was not acceptable. Nice hotel and clean, but not worth the money and not like described.
