Suggestion: in the evening only ONE man available at reception for douzens checkinns. To get a beer, you have to line up and wait for your turn, for about 10min. For a simple beer 😕

Great location. A large, comfortable hotel. An excellent family room equipped with everything needed. The staff were amazing! I left an expensive ring in the room, and they mailed it to me—I am so grateful for that!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was spot on with an enormous choice. Free teas and coffees available throughout the day from a machine. Nice relaxing public spaces and really convenient for the city. We arrived on our motorcycle and the underground public car park had a section clearly marked for hotel use only. The procedure is take a ticket at the barrier and pay on exit. You are charged by the hour to a maximum of 20€ per 24hrs. Be aware that the machine takes paper cash and does not accept most debit cards for example Mastercard/Visa.

I used Ibis Styles Magdeburg for an overnight stay on the way from Berlin to Cologne. I often use this chain of hotels, and the one in Magdeburg is good, like all of them. Clean, comfortable room, fast wifi, good breakfast, walking distance from station and historic town centre. The hotel and Magdeburg deserve another visit.

I am deeply satisfied with the staying in the hotel. The administrator let us in earlier. The room was small, but cosy. The bed is super comfortable. The shower was great. We really had a great time there. The only thing - we couldn't open the window. It's better to repair it.

Clean environment and professional staff. Decent breakfast for 15 euro extra. I missed - as often happens in Germany - a welcoming attitude and some smiles.

Check-in & out was easy. The hotel is pleasantly decorated. Breakfast had a good selection (although the scrambled yellow is awful). The room window frame was broken. The bedside electrical socket on one side only didn’t work when the lights are switched off. The staff were really nice.
