what a wonderful location . it’s worth its 5 stars and being greeted by peter and given the rundown of the region was wonderful. hope the electrics on the motor home are working now peter . lieuallan and team offer great facilities .bowman made us feel welcome in lounge also. a good gym and nice pool facility. restaurant is amazing and you have to order the apple gateau just to see and experience the look and taste. great steals and mushroom gnocchi was delicious . rooms are generous and corner rooms have a balcony and wonderful views

For a five star hotel the Pullman disappoints. Was stuck next to the car park where I was getting woken up multiple times during the night from hearing the cars honking and alarms going off. Invest in better sound proofing. The rooms are dark and depressing, while other hotels are comforting and making you want to stay in. The rooms here make you want to leave and not come back. The decor on the levels are in need of an update and the wellness facilities as well. The steam room appeared to have mold in the grout, please sort that asap. Overall the hotel doesn't represent 5 stars and needs some invest to revamp and get it back to a true 5 star rating.
