⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, spacious, and truly luxurious. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring lobster, Peking duck, and even sparkling wine — a wonderful way to start the day. The location is excellent, conveniently close to a luxury shopping mall and the train station, making it very easy to get around. Went to the 29th floor restaurant for food drinks. Raphael and Terry took very good care of us. So happy to be there. Everything from the rooms to the service exceeded expectations. We will definitely return and look forward to staying here again.

What a pleasant stay. Great hotel and even better team From John's check in, Camille and Damien pleasant attitude, we thought our stay could not get any better until we had dinner in Mariposa. Terry, Raphael and Chef Andre all took very well care of us to ensure a pleasant romantic evening Thank you to their GM Franck who suggested us to experience Fairmont Ambassador Seoul

Fairmont staff are very nice and helpful, especially Sunny from the concierge. I have big box need to send to Australia, without her I won’t able to send it back. She was stuck with me for 50mins patiently and gave me all the information I need to know. Thank you so much Sunny and you are the star.

시설과 객실은 훌륭합니다. 다만 직원 응대 교육은 개선이 절실해 보입니다. 시설 수준은 충분히 프리미엄 호텔에 걸맞지만, 프론트 직원의 말투와 응대 방식은 동남아시아의 5성급 호텔 기본 수준에도 미치지 못했습니다. 특히 고객에게 안내할 때 사용되는 표현들(예: “무조건 오셔야 된다”, “쿠폰은 날라간다” 등)은 고급 호텔 브랜드 이미지와 맞지 않으며, 고객을 배려하는 느낌보다 압박을 주는 듯한 톤으로 전달되어 아쉬움이 컸습니다. 호텔의 품격은 시설뿐 아니라 직원 교육에서 완성된다고 생각합니다. 시설은 매우 만족스러웠기에 더욱 아쉬움이 크게 느껴졌습니다.
