I recently stayed at ibis Styles Ambassador Yongsan and would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding hospitality I received from Ms. Carmen Yue at the front desk. After enduring a long and exhausting red-eye flight, I arrived at the hotel feeling completely worn out. However, the warmth and genuine care from Ms. Carmen instantly lifted my spirits. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming — making me feel not like a guest, but like I was returning home. What touched me the most was how she truly understood the fatigue and discomfort I was experiencing. With her empathy and thoughtful service, she went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and comfortable, which made a world of difference after my journey. It is rare to meet someone who brings such heart and passion into their work. Ms. Carmen Yue is a true gem and a wonderful ambassador for the ibis Styles brand. Because of her, my stay started on the best possible note, and I will surely return to this hotel on my next visit to Seoul. Highly recommend this hotel — not only for its great location and facilities but also for the exceptional service from people like Ms. Carmen who truly care about their guests.

Carmen Yeu had the best service amongst all the other receptionist we’ve encountered during our stay. Super patient and understanding towards us and becos of her, despite the bad service, from other receptions, we decided we will come back again.
