Everything was good although i would prefer more occidental dishes at the restaurant menu however, attention from Yuna, the concierge, was very helpful..!

Billy the savior

You know how it goes, after the long flight you just want to get to a room. Jet lagged, our room shouldn’t be ready for another two hours. Thats when Billy saved the day. He got us our room immediately, and I almost never leave reviews, but he really deserves to hear my praise. Thank you so much Billy!!! Oh and the food from room service isn’t bad either.

This hotel disappointed on many levels. They don’t tell you when you check in the welcome drink ticket isn’t good for an actual alcoholic drink, and the location sucks. 15 minute walk to the nearest restaurant or bar. Sound issues abound and small rooms. Next!

We stayed at Hotel Mondrian Seoul Itaewon twice in January 2026, most recently just yesterday, and it was simply unforgettable! The rooms were spotless, relaxing, and beautifully designed, and the hotel has such a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. A special thanks to Emma, who made our stay truly magical. She helped with everything—from our luggage to booking taxis—and gave excellent tips about Seoul and the best places to visit. Friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thanks to Emma, our visit was seamless, relaxing, and one of the best 5-star hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return, and we hope she receives the recognition she truly deserves!
