Nice hotel and room but slow and mistakes.

Took more than 20 minutes to.book over phone. At the end didn't get the New Year deal I was looking for even trying by several emails. A bottle os champagne was in the room as I thought was curtesy for the confusion. At check-out I was charged for extras which wasn't specified and the invoice send by email. I then returned after receiving the invoice asking for specification. It turned out the bottle of champagne had been charged twice. I returned the bottle and got the double charge back. Room was nice, so was the hotel. New Year gala diner we also enjoyed. Easy to take tram or walk to the center.

The hotel is already beautifully designed and you feel the luxury and the comfort when you go in and see the rooms. The staff has always been kind and helpful. It is 3 mins walk to tram and bus station. Breakfast is needless to say, perfect. The ambiance of the hotel is unique. Highly recommended.

This is great hotel well located in quiet Tumski island. We are returning every year and also this year found the Team to provide an excellent and smoothless experience at the Front desk as well as in the Restaurant/Bar. Housekeeping though seems too overwhelmed and was not as efficient and detail oriented as during previous stays. Breakfast was excellent as always and well handled during peak times over festive days. We also dined few times in the Restaurant as we always do during our visits and found the meals this year too "creative" for our liking. All in all The Bridge is a place providing excellent and high quality time to relax and enjoy.

Great experience overall, will definitely stay here again. Rooms and all public interiors looked very fresh and stylish, all facilities in the room worked as expected. Had my dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was good, especially the Christmas menu served at that time. Breakfast was also good as you would expect from such place. Location is absolutely amazing, quiet historical district with churches near the river, Christmas decorations around made the atmosphere truly fabulous.
