I have had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Downtown Antalya on multiple occasions, with my most recent stay from January 8th to January 12th, 2025. Without a doubt, it has been one of the most consistently excellent experiences in my extensive travels. As an architect, I deeply appreciate the way the hotel balances modern design with nature, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this outstanding property. Location: A Perfect Blend of Nature and City. The hotel is set in an incredible location, nestled within a beautiful park offering panoramic views of both Antalya city and the Mediterranean Sea. The tranquility of the natural environment combined with the vibrant city backdrop makes it an ideal retreat. Additionally, the beach is just a few steps away, and the exclusive beach area dedicated to hotel guests is a true highlight. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests to explore the park, the beach, and the surrounding city, which was a wonderful and active way to enjoy the area. Facilities: A Masterful Integration of Architecture and Nature. The design and facilities of Rixos Downtown are nothing short of impressive. The hotel integrates seamlessly with its natural surroundings, making it feel like part of the park and the coastal environment. The circular lobby and its stunning skylight are striking features that set the tone for the entire hotel. The panoramic views from the rooms are simply fabulous—it's one of the highlights of my stay. The entire property is well-furnished, beautifully designed, and filled with character, which only adds to its charm and appeal. People: Unparalleled Service and Warmth. The service at Rixos Downtown Antalya is truly exceptional. The team here is by far the friendliest, most caring, and most professional I have ever encountered in my global travels. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of my stay was made seamless by the incredibly helpful staff. A special mention goes to Fatih and Maria at the front desk, whose professionalism and attentiveness ensured that my room selection and overall stay were nothing short of perfect. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, further exemplifying the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. The Food & Beverage team, customer service, housekeeping, and bellboys all contributed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. I was particularly impressed with the management team’s proactive approach to ensuring guest satisfaction—during my stay, they regularly checked in to ensure everything was to my liking. I’ve attached a photo from the management party, where I had the pleasure of interacting with Fatih, who is a true asset to the team. Room Cleaning & Housekeeping: Impeccable and Creative The housekeeping service at Rixos Downtown is top-notch. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also creatively arranged by the team, showing attention to detail and a personalized touch. The housekeeping staff consistently went above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches that made my experience even more special. I’ve attached a photo of my room, showcasing the innovative and artistic approach to the room setup. Food & Beverage: High-Quality Variety with Excellent Service. The quality and variety of food and beverages offered were outstanding. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I was always impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and the culinary creativity on display. The staff in the dining areas were always attentive and professional, ensuring that guests were well taken care of. I also noticed that they provide a great range of options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. It’s clear that F&B is a major point of focus for the hotel, and they deliver on it with excellence. Conclusion: An Unforgettable Experience. In conclusion, Rixos Downtown Antalya is an extraordinary hotel that combines superb design, exceptional service, and a stunning location. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. I look forward to returning again in the near future. Our experience at the Rixos Downtown Antalya was excellent. Right from the beginning, we were met with incredible customer service. Mertcan, our personal assistant was very kind and hospitable. He set up a WhatsApp gc in which we could communicate any problems and get updates on any events taking place at the hotel. This meant we could sort any queries from the comfort of our room. The staff at the bar were also great and always ready when we needed warm baby milk. The dining experience was also exceptional with a great variety of food, lots of options and fresh tasting. The wait staff especially Adil were very attentive to all our needs at the restaurant and were especially kind and patient with us and our fussy toddler. Adil knew exactly what drinks we wanted and would clarify with us before hand which was really nice. He really elevated our experience as it gave a nice, personal feel to our stay. Our whole experience at Rixos was incredible from the Greta customer service, friendly staff and great food. We will definitely be returning soon!

Its really a nice resort.and enjoyed our stay Breakfast was good lunch and dinner were acceptable even many were not known by us The rooms ere ok but not clean enough I reported a claim to Yr hotel as found most of our bed pillows so dirty with blood and coloured stains.

Good stay for city center trips but other than i wont choose downtown hotel for holiday.

Good hotel in city centre

Being Platinum Accor frequent traveller my points to highlight: - Perfect location in city center, well designed outdoor territory, enough space for entertainment - Hotel is much needed renovation inside - There is no particular standards for Accor loyalty members- no dedicated check in, there is no any special greetings upon arrival even FO called GR to come but they ignored, there is no welcome letter in the room upon arrival - Pure All Inclusive hotel with A LOT of package tour’s guests who is only eating, drinking and looking at each other non stop Hotel is super far away from real Accor standards that focused just on package tour’s guests preferably CIS guests which aim just to have unlimited food and drinks. Do not recommend for solo or business/gold/platinum members. On another note special thanks to FO staff Youssef who was in the line with customer care standards. Rest of the team including GR team that never appeared upon arrival, never even tried to approach or call, bar and restaurant attendants it was far away of any 5 star Rixos standards Thanks
