However, we understand that you found the room to be smaller than expected. Our Victorian building's unique characteristics do lead to a variety of room sizes, and while we strive to offer comfort and style within these spaces, we apologize if this aspect did not fully meet your preferences. Nonetheless, we are delighted to offer rooms with garden views and terraces, providing a peaceful and private outdoor experience in central London. Finally, we are thrilled that you appreciated the cleanliness of your room. 2 time email exchange with hotel prior my arrival. Checked in smoothly, even though 1 of 2 room only ready. Then back to night for another room - night hotel clerk informed that no room due to Hotel overbooking. No contact, advance information or warning. All hotel emplyee service attitude is zero. No customer service

The best location for our needs. A basic but pleasant hotel, a little tired in places and could use a breath of life. Shower was woefully under powered and bathroom a little small. But for the price it was all fine.

The hotel was in an excellent location in London, staff were welcoming and pleasant and explained everything well during my stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and it had nice amenities. There was water, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room which was a nice touch. The only downside was the shower, the water wasn't draining well, so it was pooling quickly so had to rush my shower but it drained eventually. A lovely hotel which was reasonably priced for the location, would recommend to others.

Not clean enough
