The receptionist really helpful. I already book for non smoking room, and when check-in the receptionist say that the non smoking room is unavailable. Then in the other hand she upgraded my room to deluxe one.

I have been to Bengkulu 4 times in the last 3 years and this is the first time I find a hotel where the staff speaks English! The hotel is great ! Excellent service awesome breakfast and a great restaurant with good western food!

The hotel recently opened and its beautiful! My room on the 9th floor was beautiful! Great views and everything was excellent! Great selection of English channels on the tv. I am so glad this hotel opened !
