Stay was nice and room was quiet most of the times. However, access for visitors (non-hotel staying guest) to the guests' rooms should be stricter. There were few times the visitors could just ask the security to help them tap and press the button to their designated floor without the presence of the hotel guests themselves. This could potentially cause a breach of privacy for the guest themselves and the people staying on the same floor. There were once exhibiting a visitor waiting outside a hotel room for quite some time waiting for the door to be opened. The tv inside the room also needs to be upgraded to smart tv. But overall, a nice hotel :)
