The hotel was new and clean, love the breakfast as it was with Korean style which is different from the typical breakfast in other hotels. The only thing is cafe operating hour is not stated clearly as went for lunch at 3 plus and was informed cafe was closed.

Thank you for staying in Mercure hotel and giving us high praise and recommendation.We hope our service can be better, and we hope you can choose and stay in our hotel again.

service was average. Although I pointed out that payment had already been made showing the account evidence on my phone the receptionist went ahead and processed the payment anyway. The mistake was later acknowledged and refund eventually made almost 2 months later. It shouldn't have happened in the first instance. At an International hotel receptionists should have a reasonable grasp of English.

It is a pity that you encountered some trouble during the check-in due to the communication problems of the front desk staff.We always uphold to provide customers with the best and best quality service, your opinions we will seriously summarize, and in the future work to correct.We hope you can choose and stay in our hotel again.

Wifi is not good because i should not need to register with my phone number. Why? This is not the practice for all the other Accor hotel members like Pullman, Sofitel or other why? i do not understand

It is a pity that the wireless network of the hotel has some problems during your stay.Because the hotel guests need to use the network of the public security department for verification.Hotel management attaches great importance to this.We will carefully summarize your opinions and correct them in the future work.We also sincerely hope that you can choose and stay in our hotel again.

It is overall good but it is quite a bit far from centre of city and less people and less taxi drivers have experience with the routing to & fro of the hotel. I feel everything inside hotel is quite alright.but I'm not quite satisfied with the front desk officers for their help asking for dialling taxi to come for taking hotel guests, esp during the rainy morning for getting a car to go out, esp the lady officer of that morning at the front desk who was not that helpful and willing to do so.. There is a point that I HAVE TO BRING OUT there is no food supplies or to serve as there is no cafe, no retaurant, no bar, and nothing to provide for hotel guests. I have been suffered for half of the day and .the whole night thro' wihtout food. This was a very bad experience encountered then.

The hotel is new, room is clean and spacious, but still the odor of new building, location is far from the city center, the staff was kind but not English friendly, the food is amazing (beyond expectation).
